Market Week 2014!

Market week was a success and a much needed getaway for my husband/financial guy and draftsmen! The parties were wonderful but it wasn't all fun and games, I came home and got straight to work on a kitchen remodel project for a client in Bessemer City! I have ideas on hand for this design project fresh off the 2014 High Point Market showroom floor!

Cocktail hour at a Gatsby themed dinner party hosted by Gabby Home  http://gabbyhome.com/ I do part time work as a designer for Summer Classics outdoor living and Gabby is their Indoor furniture collection. Beautiful French Province style pieces with a chic distressed look to it!

Remember when I said orange and blue is the hottest color trend right now? Here is an amazing bedding collection in those colors! I am actually planning to redecorate my guest bedroom and this is going to be the direction I go!

I love this Sea Fan art! Beachy is in!

Here we are about to check out the latest and greatest at the Commerce and Design building!

If I had a bottomless wallet Marge Carson would take over my house. This is my absolute favorite designer. The showroom was breathtaking. Sorry no pics allowed!

What a super fun setup this was! I am in love with those stools!

Day 3 of Market and down to the wire! The hubs caught a courtesy photo of me stuffing my face while on the go....to many showrooms to checkout last minute and no time for a sit down breakfast!

I found my special pieces! You will have to stay tuned to see what happens with this. Let's just say my husband will be one happy Pilot!

Hickory Chair has a beautiful collection and they just so happen to have a showroom in uptown Charlotte! The Pearl and Blush pink palette is very elegant and subtle.

This has my name written all over it! Bold bold bold! I feel like I'm in Morocco!

Love that red and turquoise pop!

Great idea for a guest retreat or child's room.

Look it's Rebbeca Robeson! Unfortunately we were two ships in the night while at Market so I just took a picture with her poster! If you don't know who she is you must check her out!http://www.robesondesign.com/

You can probably guess who was attracted to this room. What man doesn't like a stodgy man cave. Oh that isn't my husband in the picture but I did add this photo to my idea book for future design ideas.

Here's my cutie pie! He's the brains and I'm the artist behind this gig!

Check back for the newest projects in the works!
